As a fellow book-lover I find D.J.'s post most attention-getting and her statistics most SAD... D.J. Buswell shared Vintage Books & Anchor Books's photo. knopfdoubleday.com/imprint/vintage/I have a problem as I am addicted to books...I love them; love the smell of new books.. I love to read...I love my KJV Bible, the most important book that a person could ever have, and I cherish it, and I also always have at least one other book I am reading at all times; I have to have books to read... Richard Stewart@ Tea Party Community I like books, too; the last time we counted was 16 years ago when we were packing to move back home...2000 books to move. The moving company likes to move books if they are heavy and boxed/stacked, nicely. Don't know how many we have now, but we still buy a dozen or so each year. Sunny VZ@ Tea Party Community Me, too...like to have a hard copy in hand. I make notes, fold corners...so I have to buy my own. Also heavily use library. Most people I know read, some let others read (those without time or have problems reading) and inform them. I have new garbage cans lined and full of books. No room in the cabin. Just bought 4 books within the last 2 weeks. One on order is 1300 pages...I intend to read every word.
